THE SERVICE
The proprietor, by agreement, will entrust the care of his/her premises to
the ATTENDANT. The premises will be occupied for the total period of absence and
until the proprietor resumes occupancy. (Short or long periods.) The hotel/guest
house will be CLOSED during this period. Telephone messages will be taken.
Reservations will be recorded, pets fed, plus any other requirements addressed as
identified and agreed within instructions.

IMPLEMENTATION
This service is run on a creditable and confidential basis. Available
initially to the South West region. Similar projects have been prepared
nationally and will be launched dependant upon popular take up in this region.
The operation is currently being staffed by colleagues with a similar background
to myself. Each is located strategically within the South West and will be
administered via this office. As only known and therefore suitable staff are
involved in limited numbers, at this juncture, it is important that you make
early contact to ensure that the period you identify is covered. Please make a note
in your diary.
