Situation

There is a situation that exists within the Hotels and Guest House industry whereby many managing proprietors feel trapped and unable to take a holiday break. Even though the premises is closed for the quiet season. There are numerous reasons for this that include the fear of leaving the property and their valuable possessions unprotected. This reluctance and inability to identify any suitable person with the integrity and required trust is understood in these times.

Resolution
